The Ironmen have bounced back swiftly from their Bergen County Tournament quarterfinal loss to Ridgewood. It took down Old Tappan, 9-0, and defeated Union Catholic in the first round of the North Jersey, Non-Public A Tournament, 6-0. The two shutouts increased Bosco's pitching staffs total to four on the year. It was the first time Bosco recorded a shutout since defeating Pascack Hills, 3-0, on April 23. Its nine runs against Old Tappan was the most it scored in a game since putting up 12 in a win over Cresskill on May 4.
